By shopping with us, you earn points and can buy at a discount! 

If you want to take part in the Loyalty Program (collect points), all you have to do is register in our e-shop and sign in every time you want to buy something. Then, the points you earn will be linked to your account and added every time you make a purchase.

How do I collect points and how many points do I get for placing an order?

For every PLN 10 (~0,25EUR) paid in our e-shop, you earn 1 loyalty point. The points are credited to your registered account. Just don’t forget to sign in before you place an order. You can check your account status in the Your Account Menu after signing in.

You can see the exact number of points you have collected in your account details.

Points are credited after an order has been paid for. For orders sent cash on delivery, points can be credited as late as 3-4 weeks after placing your order. This delay is caused by the selected method of payment and the time required to transfer the payment from the postal service to our account and to credit your account in our e-shop. Returned goods are not eligible for points.

How do I use earned points?

You can use earned points to cover either part of or your entire order. To pay with points, you have to select “Pay in Advance”.

After selecting the mode of delivery (UPS, mail or personal pickup), you will see the following screen:


If you want to pay for a part of your order with points, choose “Points” and make the payment.

If you want to pay for a part of your order with points and a part of your order with a payment card, the system will offer you one of the following payment methods to settle the balance: bank transfer, Przelewy24.pl (payment by card or on-line transfer such as mTransfer, Inteligo, Multibank, iPKO and many others).

Please note that you can only use points to cover a part of your order if you select “Pay in Advance” and the remaining balance is paid by bank transfer or with a card. A partial payment with points with the balance COD is not allowed.

Every 10 points in your account equals PLN 1 you can use for your next purchase.
